We have institutionally accepted proforma’s for a variety of scenarios and will act on your behalf negotiating the Heads of Terms for both leasehold acquisition’s and lettings ensuring that the Landlord/Developer has the flexibility to develop the agreed facility and that Tenants are similarly protected yet able to operate their business without interference. Of primary importance is making sure that the reimbursed rent matches the Lease rent so that there is no shortfall for the GP tenant to finance.
