Feasibility Studies

At the embryonic stage of considering your next step in the vision of a Practice we can carry out an in-depth Feasibility Study of the project to ensure the practicality of the scheme before proceeding to drafting the Project Initiation Document (PID) and Business Case. This ensures the Practice does not spend time and money on a project that is not feasible. The Feasibility Study will also gauge the scheme against NHSE/CCG’s Initial Assessment criteria.
